About Me

After going through a really bad patch about 12 years ago, I embarked on a journey of healing & self-discovery through metaphysics, counselling, kundalini yoga, meditation & benefited loads. Unfortunately, I was not able to help a friend who suffered from mental illness and lost her about two years ago. Hence, I feel it is time that I share, and help more people to lead better lives with what I have learned. ~ yk
